    Hello,
    I have added the phone field on the checkout page. When I do a check out it says need a phone number. But the phone number is already added. What can I do about this issue?

    Please check the settings in your Authorize.Net account

    You have to uncheck the Required box for Phone. Here’s the step:

    1. Log in to the Merchant Interface ( https://secure.authorize.net )

    2. Click on Settings and Profile -> Payment Form -> Form Fields

    3. Uncheck the Required box for all Phone fields

    4. Hit the SAVE button to save your changes.
