I have a Issue: Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart & ViewContent Event that Id like to request a fix for please.

Searching the forum I see many others have this error to yet no solution is provided. Where can I get this fix?

I get “Redundant purchase events” too.

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

We’ve seen this error pop up over the last week or so and have reached out to Facebook for some clarity.

In the meantime, would it be possible for you to enable logging in your Facebook for WooCommerce settings, wait a few hours (depending on your site traffic), and then share the latest logs here using a Snippi link? You can find the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Hopefully, this will shine some light on what parameters are being sent that are not valid.
