    Hi support,

    ** I’ve separated the Woocommerce Register form out into its own page.. Customer can click the checkbox for subscribing to the Newsletter but it doesn’t seem to add him to the Default list. The Register form page : https://allstars.com.sg/create-account/

    This customer registered yesterday but in the Woocommerce Customer List (Mailpoet) — also do not see him in the list.

    Could you please help me check what is wrong? Thanks.

    (Will leave the List empty for now – -for 2 days before I change it to the default list I’ve indicated for.)

    I just checked the User list in WordPress and realised… he registered via FB Login (Nextend Social Login) — so he was tagged as FB Member. Apparently he didn’t complete the Registration form — but he was added to the Mailpoet’s WordPress Users list which I “Trashed”.

    For such cases, when Customers used the Social Login to register — they do not see the Checkbox (Mailpoet : subscribe to Newsletter) — is it advisable to convert them into the default list that I’ve chosen?

    Can you confirm if the users added to the WordPress Users List where added as “Subscribed” or “Unconfirmed”?
