Issue to create new ticket.

    Hello, I have a problem.
    I have installed a WooCommerce and User Role Editor Pro.
    When someone registers they have roles: Customer and Support User.
    Both have the ability to create a new ticket (according to User Role Editor Pro) but for each user (Customer / Support User) and send a ticket to me “We are sorry, the support person can not send tickets here. If you want to open a ticket, please see the administration panel or click here to open a new ticket. ”

    He proved a lot of things and all without success.
