Hi, I’m using your plugin on my website in combination with Elementor Pro and Hello Theme (I have installed also the child theme).
The problem is that I’m able to access and view the calendar page with all the events, but if I click on the link to an event I have been redirected to the right link but I still see the calendar page (Schermata Problema).

I have followed your Testing Conflicts Guide:
    – I tried to change the theme with the default of WordPress twenty twenty but I always can’t see the single event page
    – There are no javascrits errors on my console
    – All the plugins and also WP are up-to-date

Can you help me to solve this issue? Any idea?
    Best Regards.

Thanks for reaching out, I’ll be happy to assist you here ??

Can you try out the following, please?

    – Change your language to English and see if it works.

    – There could also be an issue with the permalinks of your site. Could you kindly try flushing permalinks of your site and see if that helps,
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/fixing-http-404-errors/#flush-permalinks

    – Try disabling the PRO version of the plugin and let me know if that works.

Let me know if any of these help.

    Hi @chikaibeneme
    thanks for your reply.

I have done all the operations that you proposed to me and when I deactivate Elementor PRO the single event page appears.
So now we know the cause of my problem, but I also need Elementor PRO.
How can I keep them working together?

I want also to add that I tried to create a custom TEMPLATE (of Elementor) for Event single page, but it is not shown by the system.

Do you know how can I solve it?

    Thanks,
    Best Regards.

Thanks so much for trying those steps out.

Would you happen to have any plugins that extend Elementor PRO’s functions active as well?

Kindly also share your system information with me. Copy / paste it here as a reply for now
