Simon, I am the sysadmin for sfust utilizing your plugin above.

All plugins are up to date. Slide Anything is at 2.0.13 which I am aware was supposed to fix the clash with the Envira Gallery. You can add Envira Galleries to the plugin, but not standard media.

Wordpress is updated to 4.8.1.

Ok, this issue is a newbie.
I would suggest that this is possibly a clash with another plugin or theme. Try disabling other plugins to try determine which plugin SA is clashing with.
After this, try activating another theme (you can always switch back) to see if its a theme related issue.

Also:
– view source and make sure jquery is loaded
– also make sure you clear you cache if using a caching plugin
– disable javascript minification
(actually a lot of things it can be – did you do any development work about 2 months ago when this issue started?)

JQuery is loaded.
I turned caching off, deleted the cache.
I disabled Javascript minification.

We have done no development work other than updating plugins and wordpress, along with standard updates and maintenance to the server.

I am only able to get the plugin to work correctly if I disabled the “Forget about Shortcodes” plugin.

Can you ascertain the reason for the clash and release an update to correct it?

Yes, the ‘Forget About Shortcode Buttons’ (FASC) plugin behaves badly with a few plugins it seems – see this topic:

The, problem is the FASC loads it resources (JavaScript/CSS) on every page within the WP Dashboard. And it appears that the FASC jQuery clashes with the SA jQuery (and other plugins).
