    Hi Team,
    Please help. after updating new updates. The vendor chat box not working on the product page. ( after clicking on the chatbox, nothing happened)
    Premium Ticket #277042.

  • Wow, it’s been 4 days and no response. It’s been 2 months for me on their Premium Support site.

    Issues like this should be resolved ASAP.

    They helped me,

    Solution –
    This might be due to some 3rd party plugin or the theme conflict. To fix this kindly add the following CSS rule from wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    .wcfm_fbc_chatwindow:not(.wcfm_custom_hide) {
    display: block !important;
    }

    My issue has been open almost 20 days now. Chatbox is not working properly. I posted on the Premium Support site. too , they keep asking to connect with customization team.

    The button should be working and its not, tested by deactivating other plugins:
    
        Chat box is not available on single product page by default, which it should.
        CHat box is visible only when the short code [wcfm_chat_now] is manually added on the single product page. But this leads to an issue where even guests are able to see the chat button, whereas only logged in user used be seeing this.
        Chat button is visible for some products and not visible for other products which is very strange.
        Need the Chat button visible for products from vendors for specific group for which the capability has been checked.
