Issue when restoring backup

    Hi – I have a problem with restoring my backup with UpdraftPlus.

    I’m getting the following error message during the restoration.
    I tried to create a new backup manually and restore it again; and getting the same problem.

    Anyone knows what can be the problem?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Hi,

    It appears that the restoration is being timed out or killed while restoring the components plugins component and everything it retries the operation it is halted right away.

    I would recommend restoring the components one by one and see if that allows you to restore the site. Make sure to restore the database last.

    If that still doesn’t work, please check with your hosts/server admin to check the PHP error logs for any fatal errors or timeout notices from around the time of the attempted restorations?
