    Hi! I’m having some issues when sending custom forms with User Registration plugin. Sometimes when trying to send the form in https://ortiga.com.ar/registro users are getting a message that says “temporary error, please try again” and the form isn’t sent. This does not always happen. Sometime I’ll restart the browser and am able to get it through but it has happened enough times that some people are getting frustrated.

    Does anyone know why this happens sometimes & what we could do to avoid it?

    Thanks for reaching out. We tested your registration form multiple times, and it seems to be working fine on our end, though we know the problem didn’t occur every time as you mentioned. The error message you’re seeing doesn’t appear to come from our plugin. Did you make any changes to the error messages of our plugin?

    Please send us a screenshot of the error message. Also, while the error is happening, please follow these steps:

    Right-click on the webpage and choose “Inspect.”
    Go to the “Network” tab.
    Find and click on “admin-ajax.”
    Check the response to find the error message.
