Issue when there are 2 shipping methods

    Hello team,

    I would like to upgrade to the pre-edition but with the installation and testing of the free edition I am facing a serious problem. in my eshop I have 2 different shipping methods: one shipping by courier and a cost of 2.90 euros and the other by shipping with the cash on delivery method and a shipping cost of 3.90 euros.

    As you will see in the images, your plugin cannot read this differentiation and only understands a fixed charge of 3.90 euros. is there any solution?

    Hey,

    Everything looks good! Our plugin checks the free shipping threshold you’ve set in your WooCommerce settings. WooCommerce decides if you qualify for free shipping based on the subtotal of your cart, which includes the product prices. In your case, the subtotal needs to be at least €45. The calculation doesn’t include shipping costs.
