    Hello,

I have downloaded 3 different free plugins that help you out on designing woocommerce email (WordPress Email Template Designer – WP HTML Mail by Hannes Etzelstorfer // codemiq ; Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer by Kadence WP ; Creative Mail – Easier WordPress & WooCommerce Email Marketing by Constant Contact). Unfortunately, I get an error 500 on my site when I activate them… Could you please help me to find out where is the issue coming from ?
I know the issue is coming from Woocommerce as when I activate one of the Email Design plugin and desactivate Woocommerce, it is working.

    Thank you so much !

    Lorene

  • Hey Lorene,

The 500 error is an internal server error and you’ll have to enable WP_DEBUG in order to see which plugin might cause this. You can read more about it here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/debug-info-internal-server-500-error/

Next, this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I hope this helps!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
