I found some issues with the 360 image widget.
    1) The 360 view icon in front of image always shows on mobile devices when rotating.
    2) when adding a new 360 widget and adding new images, all images in my media directory are selected. I had to deselect all images and then select the images I want.
    3) There is no visual that shows images are loading. This is necessary when the image size is large and not ready to rotate.

    Some features can be added:
*Button to change image one at a time.
*Ability to add images by folder URL instead of uploading tons of images in my main directory. It will also help to use a different server to host images.

  • Hello @tanvirroky

    1) I couldn’t reproduce this on my side. Would you mind sharing a screenshot/screencast of your responsive situation with us?
    2) I’m taking this as an enhancement request for further review.
    3) There are three play modes (autoplay, button, none) with the widget, and all of them can be tested from the Elementor editor panel. So I’m not sure why you refer there is no visual to testify the images or output.

For feature/enhancement requests, please drop your suggestions & descriptive information on our public roadmap page- https://happyaddons.com/roadmaps/.

Feel free to reach us from support[at]wedevs.com if you need additional support or assistance.
    Thanks!

Thanks for your response. I created some screen records kindly see here- https://wizbeeit.com/happy-issue/
I also added an issue on wrapper link.

Thanks for your effort and sharing the screencast.

    Issue 1:

The 360 view icon in front of the image always shows on mobile devices when rotating.

    Ans:
I’ve forwarded this case to our concerned team for further investigation. Hoping this will be sorted out soon.

    Issue 2:

When adding a new 360 widget and adding new images, all images in my media directory are selected. I had to deselect all images and then select the images I want.

    Ans:
Yes, as I said, I’m taking this as an enhancement request and will discuss it with the team. However, the proper use here:
    1) Drag & drop the widget
    2) First, click the “Delete” icon- https://prnt.sc/NSw4hG6fVWBJ to reset the gallery.
    3) Now, click the “plus” icon to set your own- https://prnt.sc/oxif0SLLMvQt.

    Issue 3:

There is no visual that shows images are loading for larger size images.

Ans: What is your image size, and how many images are used here? We may need to check this scenario thoroughly. Would you mind reaching us through support[at]wedevs.com with your image details environment details. It will help us to investigate the issue.

    Issue 4:

The Wrapper link doesn’t open the link as user href HTML tag.

    Ans:
The wrapper link feature of HappyAddons will not work in a semantic manner that is supported by Google/SEO use cases. Neither is a convenient way to serve such a scenario.
It functions throughout the custom JS function, so it won’t work as the default hyperlink method.

    Hey @tanvirroky

I have some updates about the raised issues:
Issue 1: Fixed by our team, and this will be patched with our next release.

Issue 2: This is not fixable from our end as we are just using the “Basic Gallery widget/controller of the Elementor”. If we use the placeholder image in the gallery control, this will happen.

So use my above-described method to work with it??. You will notice the same behavior with the Elementor “Basic Gallery” widget.

    Issue 3:
This is not fixable now due to the jQuery library limitation.

    Thanks & regards!
