Issue with Activation key in email

  • Hi,

    After i have register, an email is sent to my email with the activation key. The activation key does not match on my wordpress dashboard. I have to resend verification email to have the correct activation key.
    May i know how do i get the correct activation key when i first received the email?

    are you using the WordPress default register form or the Custom register form?
    Also Could you please tell me If you’re using any page builder?

    Thank you for your response. I have just download Kingthemes. (https://wordpress.kingthemes.net/docs/) i did not download any plugins for custom register form and not using any page builder.

    Hi @zygoh Thanks for your URL
    This is probably an issue with the register form, not properly compatible with our plugin, There might be double execution happening when form is submitted, so the first verification key is replaced by new verification key. Could you please enable default register form for testing and try to register an account and see what’s happening.

    Also if you are using any page builder please try with plain page content. let me know the results.

    I have change to wordpress default theme and the verification key doesnt change at all. I believe is the theme issue.
