• Hello

I noticed that on my site myecobestfriend.com that as admin I can see on a product page the “add to cart” button however when I am not logged-in or if I am logged in as “customer” I cannot see the button.

Based on some developper the issue is related to your plugin but he advised me to check with you guys.

Can you advise how I can fix such issue ?

    Thanks in advance.
    Gaetan

    Hello @mbio86,
the plugin has an option to enable/disable the catalog mode administrator.
Since the plugin, once enabled, hides all buttons for all users, if you need to show the buttons you should disable it.

    Hello

    Many thanks for your answer.

I have checked the settings, but, although the settings are disabled as you instructed see: https://snipboard.io/nMShi0.jpg I still cannot see the “add to cart” button: see: https://snipboard.io/gsMObw.jpg

I guess your plugin must be conflicting in some way with Woocommerce or Dokan or other key plugin on my site.

Can someone help me find the root cause of the issue please ? Happy to give access to my site if needed

    Hello @mbio86 ,
as already said, once the plugin is enabled, all add-to-cart buttons are automatically hidden.
The option you have highlighted here: https://snipboard.io/nMShi0.jpg refers only to the admin user.

You should completely disable the plugin if you need to show the add-to-cart buttons.

Please do not offer, for any reason, access to your site. This is against forum guidelines!
