Issue with Album name

    I have two galleries and one album. I have pulled in both the galleries under this album. My album has a name too. However, when I view the album page using a compact view, I see one of the Gallery names appearing above the gallery thumbnail. I would rather prefer the Album name to appear. Has anyone seen such an issue?

    @santhasa – I would suggest starting with turning off breadcrumbs for that specific album display … then you may need to use the Link to page option for the Gallery so that it will display on a separate page using the default template (or you can create a custom template to do more).

    I did both steps. i.e. (a) turned off breadcrumbs and (b) added separate pages for each of the galleries. Still, I do see one of the gallery names appearing (in my case “Andavan Swarna Simhasanam Images” in the link given below) instead of the Album name.

    @santhasa – Have you turned off breadcrumbs in the display(s) as well as under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic Compact Album?

    Hi Cais – Thanks. Noticed that the breadcrumb was enabled in the display. Switching that off removed the text.
