Issue with animation feature

Hi, for eome reason, when adding animation to more than one block, the animated elements get a style with opacity 0, so they are not visible. After that nothing helps, even putting animation off and on againg, opacity remains 0

by the way, it would be great if delay (in animation) could be set in ms, or at least as a decimal like 0.2 s
