issue with arabic language

Hello my friends how are you today .. i hope youre fine.
i love this plug-in its so good with english language i have no problem with it .. but my site in arabic language and i have a problem .. when any user submit his resume and i want to see it from admin panel i got the data all like this ????????? and try to download pdf or c.v file and also get the same problem all arabic language look like this ?????

please what i can do to solve this problem ?
by the way im trying to register in development website but i got always error withe recaptcha code i don’t know why .. please help me .. thanks so much
