    Sorry for the trouble caused to you due to this.

    Thank you for sharing the video of the issue.

    We have not yet tested our Print Invoice & Delivery Notes plugin with the Backorder Quantity plugin so we are not aware of such an issue.

    However, can you please share the plugin page link to the Backorder Quantity plugin page with us? So we can download that particular plugin and try to reproduce the issue you mentioned. We will check and let you know the results of our test.

    Hi @mohit2002,

    Thank you for sharing the Backorder Quantity plugin copy with us.

    I have installed and activated the Backorder Quantity plugin on our staging site to reproduce the issue you reported. However, I am unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned. When I click on the “Add Product” button, the Products selection table appears and I am successfully able to add the products from that table. I have checked with the Simple and the Default templates.

    Can you please check and let me know if I am missing any of the settings here? It would be great if you can share the screenshots of the settings with us so I will verify the settings once and see if the issue appearing on our end or not.
