    experiencing an issue where my booking form emails are not arriving in the expected format from booking form. They appear as a paragraph instead of how it is on the booking form.

    Hi,

    You may be sending the email in HTML format. You can enclose the %INFO% tag between <pre>…</pre> tags to preserve the line breaks or change the format to plain text.

    You can also fully customize the email by replaced the %INFO% tag for specific tags for the info you want to include in the email:

    thank you for your response. I have checked all fields and it Seems to match your suggestions however I am not able to remove the field section for example <%fieldname5%

    I can’t edit this section.

    Hi,

    The field IDs cannot be edited. Instead, use the existing field IDs/tags into the email contents area.
