    Hi Team,

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the integration of Bookly and WooCommerce on my client’s website. I have noticed that even when a user cancels their payment on WooCommerce, Bookly still proceeds to schedule a meeting and send meeting links. This behavior is not aligned with the intended functionality of any booking system.

As per my understanding, Bookly should first verify the payment status of the WooCommerce order before proceeding to schedule a meeting or send meeting links. Ideally, these actions should only occur when the payment status of the WooCommerce order is “completed”.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please investigate why Bookly does not check the status of the WooCommerce order before taking these actions? It seems crucial for the system to ensure that meetings are scheduled and links are sent only when the payment has been successfully processed.

If there are any configurations or adjustments that need to be made within the Bookly plugin to address this issue, please provide guidance on how to implement them effectively.

    Thanks,
    Kev
