    I updated WooCommerce from 9.1.4 to 9.2.2

Now when i added a variable Product along with a variable subscription in the cart – cart total is not counting price of variable product.

For example Product A is a variable product with price $10 and Product B is a variable subscription with price $10 – so if i add both in cart then total price should be $20 but it is showing $10. I rolled back to version 9.1.4 and all working fine again – currently I’m using Woo Subscriptions version 6.5.0

It happens after applying coupon code.

I set up a test website at https://test-woo.instawp.xyz/shop/ for testing purposes.

    Installed plugins and theme:

    • WooCommerce 9.2.2
    • WooCommerce Subscriptions 6.5.0
    • Storefront theme

    Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Visit the shop page where you’ll find two products: a simple product and a subscription product. Add both products to the cart.
    2. On the cart page, apply the coupon code mycoupon (a simple 10% off coupon).
    3. After applying the coupon, you’ll notice that the cart total calculation is incorrect. Initially, the total should be ?2000 (?1000 for each product). After applying a 10% discount, the total should be ?1800. However, the final price incorrectly shows as ?900, as if the simple product’s price has been completely removed from the total.

This is a critical issue as it leads to significant revenue loss. I’ve already received several orders with incorrect totals due to this bug. The issue appears when both a simple product and a subscription product are in the cart simultaneously, and a coupon code is applied.

    Please address this issue urgently.

    Hi @satindersingh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with your cart total, and the issue only started after updating WooCommerce to the latest version.

As the issue involves our premium extension – WooCommerce Subscriptions, I suggest that you contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
