Dear, this is because I reverted the plugin versions. Now it shows the county error, and that’s because it doesn’t show the county in the checkout form.

The checkout form on your site seems to be customized, and I’m having trouble identifying the “district/region” field.

Normally, the checkout form should look like this:

Could you temporarily disable all the modifications on the checkout page?
This will allow me to compare it with the default checkout layout on my test site and help diagnose the issue more effectively.

the checkout was not edited on my end, but even if it was until there was an update on September 19, everything was working as it should. However, by checking why the County/Region field is not displayed, you can look at the images. Input is empty instead of text. When I manage to set the text manually, the whole form is messed up.

However, if I restore the plugin versions before September 19th, everything works normally. So the problem is probably with the woocommerce chechout plugin because for some reason.

Just to clarify, did this issue start immediately after updating to WooCommerce 9.3.2, which was released on September 18th, 2024? Knowing this will help in identifying if the update is indeed the root cause.

As @doublezed2 suggested, given that your checkout fields are modified by the plugin Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce: by ThemeHigh, we suggest that you reach out to the developers of that plugin for support (especially if the issue doesn’t exist with that plugin disabled).
