issue with country change and state label and requirement

    whenever I change the country all the labels seem to add spaces between the label name and the optional/required element. Also when selecting say UK the label for state changes. it says optional but submitting the form says state is required. in the back end the state is set to be required in the woo checkout billing settings for the field. Also when changing it back to US the state field label doesnt change accordingly.Another problem here is if you select Vietnam which doesnt seem to show a state field by default from Woocommerce. The state field stays required which blocks the form from being submitted giving an error of state being required.
