Issue with credit card payments on my website

I have had several customers who have not been able to complete payments on my website. i have also tested this and firstly it comes up with errors on the address fields when placing the order and then secondly it says ‘You do not have permissions to make this aPI call – transaction error, something it wrong.’i really need to get this resolved as its affecting my business. please could someone help asap.
