    Hi =)
    Thank you for this plugin! Definitely what I need !
    I have an issue with the Cron…

    gtag.js hasn’t been updated for more than two days. Is your cron running?

    Same with analytics.js

    Any idea what could be ? My cron is running other scripts…. so what could be ?
    Thanks

    Are other scripts failing, causing wp-cron() not to finish?

    Does gtag.js/analytics.js exist?

    When you click ‘update gtag.js’ does the error disappear after reloading the page?

    @aplagnespaya,

    The latest release includes severe performance improvements for the ‘Update Analytics.js’-script. Try triggering the manual update script once, and see if the error returns.

    Keep me posted!

    Hi @aplagnespaya,

    Since you haven’t replied in over a week, I’m closing this issue.

    **UPDATE**
    I change the position of the tracking code from footer to header and it downloaded successfully.

    Original Post:

    I’m having this issue as well. At the top it says:

    gtag.js hasn’t been updated for more than two days. Is your cron running?

    Above the settings it says:

    Warning: filemtime(): stat failed for /home/(domain)/public_html/wp-content/cache/caos-analytics/gtag.js in /home/(domain)/public_html/wp-content/plugins/host-analyticsjs-local/includes/admin/class-functions.php on line 27

    If I change it to just analytics.js that loads fine.

    Just wanted to let you know that this bug is fixed in v3.3.1. the filemtime() function throws a warning if the file doesn’t exist. Which makes sense upon first install, or when changing from gtag.js to analytics.js, for example.

    This warning is now suppressed as it works counter intuitive. After you click ‘Update’ as instructed, will be thrown anyway.
