• Dear Elementor Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently experiencing an issue while using Elementor. I am trying to transfer data from one page to another, but after the import process, nothing appears on the new page. Here are the steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot the issue:

I have disabled all plugins to rule out any conflicts, but this did not resolve the problem.
I have ensured that both pages are running the latest version of Elementor.
I have confirmed that my system meets all the required specifications for Elementor.
Despite these measures, the problem persists. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Are there any additional steps I should try or specific settings I should check?

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Hi, @szilard21.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We hope you are well, too! Thank you also for including the steps you’ve taken so far to try and troubleshoot the issue.

Can you further elaborate on how you’re trying to transfer the data? For example, are you saving the original page as a template and then inserting it onto a new page? Are you using the Copy Style/Copy Paste feature? Or are you using a different method altogether?

Once we have this info, we should be better able to guide you towards a resolution.

    Kind Regards.

Hi Elementor Support Team – @aracelil

Thank you for your prompt response and kind words.

I am using the first method you mentioned—I save the original page as a template and then insert it into a new page. I have also attached a YouTube video to the support ticket that demonstrates the issue in detail. Have you had a chance to review it?

I appreciate any further assistance you can provide.

    Best regards.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your feedback.

It sounds like you’ve been thorough in your troubleshooting, but let’s try a few additional steps to pinpoint the issue:

    1. Inspect Console for Errors:

    • After performing the import, open your browser’s developer tools (usually by pressing F12), go to the Console tab, and check for any errors that might indicate why the content isn’t displaying. This might provide a clue if there’s a JavaScript error or a server issue preventing the import from completing correctly.

    2. Check for Template Conflicts:

    • Ensure that the page you’re importing into does not have any existing template settings or conflicting sections that might prevent the new content from displaying. You can try importing into a blank page to see if that resolves the issue.

    3. PHP Error Logs:

    • Check your server’s PHP error logs for any warnings or errors that might have occurred during the import process. Sometimes issues like these are related to server-side problems that don’t immediately appear in the frontend.

    4. Safe Mode:

    • Even though you’ve disabled plugins, try importing the data while in Elementor’s Safe Mode (Elementor > Tools > Safe Mode). This mode isolates Elementor from other plugins and themes, which might help if there’s a hidden conflict.

    5. Database Integrity Check:

    • Sometimes database issues can cause problems with importing data. Run a database check through your hosting panel or a plugin like WP-DBManager to ensure everything is in order.

    6. Check User Permissions:

    • Ensure that the user role you are logged in with has sufficient permissions to perform imports. Sometimes, roles with restricted permissions may prevent successful imports.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
