Issue with Displaying Dynamically Generated Images

I have encountered an issue when enabling the “CDN + optimized thumbnails” option.

I have some images that are dynamically generated, such as:

https://forum.rolug.ro/download/file.php?id=4881&mode=view

When the CDN + optimized thumbnails option is enabled, these images are no longer displayed on my site. I suspect this is because the images are not static files but are instead generated dynamically through a PHP script.

Could you please provide guidance on how to configure the plugin to handle dynamically generated images properly? Is there a way to exclude certain URLs from the CDN optimization process, or any other solution that might work in this scenario?
