• Hi,

Thanks for the plugin. I face an issue. When I add the first product to the basket, it shows correctly, but when I add the second one, it shows just the first one.

If I delete it from the basket, it still shows the first product added to the basket.

I am not sure, feeling that it is cache-related, I would appreciate your help.

    Hi @laikinas

Is this on your cart page or on the PDF?

Thanks, It is the content in the PDF. The cart page works correctly.

It looks like the plugin generates the PDF only once and if I add the second product or delete the added one, it does not regenerate, just simply downloads the one which was previously created. Thanks @dkjensen

Can you replicate the issue on your side?

@laikinas Not yet. Do you have the PDF set to download or view in browser?

@dkjensen I use it as default – to download

Tried to view it in the browser but it did not work

@laikinas Are you using any caching plugins? I did just check again today by adding a product to the cart, testing the PDF, increasing quantity to 2, checking PDF again and it did work this morning. Were you able to get this resolved?

@dkjensen thanks, I opted for that option to open the PDF in a new window and not to download it. So once opened, if I add smthg to the cart and reload the PDF afterward, this works well.

But if I choose that option to download instantly, it does not work and download only the cart content which was added the first time, so no updates are registered there.

@laikinas I have not heard of such an occurrence before. I would think this is something cache related, or possibly something related to the temporary directory on your websites server. PDFs that are downloaded are stored in a temporary directory, perhaps something is going on there. I would probably reach out to your hosting company and explain the issue, as generated PDFs stored in temporary directory are being cached, and see if they are able to investigate what the cause might be.
