Issue with displays (hover on buttons)

I’m having an issue and probably the solution is in front of me but I still havent seen it, probably some of you guys already dealt with this.
I’m editing it slightly so that the colours match, some lines changed and nothing realy overwheming. what i’ve done:
– Disabled Only the woocommerce-general css
– copied all the data from woocommerce.css to my child’s Style.css (in fact I copied every single css just in case, from the assets/css/ folder to the childtheme/styles.css)what my issues are:
– I don’t know why it doesn’t recogize the edition when i hover on buttons. it is written in the .css but when i ispect it (having forced the state) I find nothing. when I reactivate the woocommerce.css in the plugin directory it comes back to the default transition on hover.
In fact, if I edit the original woocommerce.css in the plugin file the transition goes well, eventhough I have the exact same code in styles.css…
Perhaps there is some kind of hook or action that in certain moment makes the browser look back to the plugin file the given transition and not in the styles.css
