    Hi,
I have an issue when I try to create a funnel.
I receive the following error :

“Oops! It looks like the page builder you selected is inactive.
It seems like you have selected Divi-builder as your preferred page builder, but you do not have the plugin Divi activated on your site.
Please install and activate Divi-builder to import ready funnel templates.

If you want to create & design funnel pages without using Divi, then don’t worry. You can go ahead and create funnels from scratch using any page builder/editor. It will work just fine.”

Divi is installed on my website but WP Funnels seems to not detect it =/
    What can I do ?

    Thank you

Hi @a2zbrandon and @outiojala , can you do the following:

    1. Clear cache in your site (if any caching plugin is there).
    2. Clear browser cache

Now reload the page and check.

    Let us know the outcome.

    Thanks.

I have tried a couple times already clearing both wp rocket and my browsers cache.

    oo

    (@outiojala)

I also tried that multiple times as well as deactivating other plugins. I use WP Fastest Cache.

Hi @a2zbrandon and @outiojala , this seems like a different issue than the original thread. Can you send us an email with the following:

    1. PHP version
    2. Do you use any Divi Addons?
    3. A screenshot of your currently installed plugins.
    4. A link to the funnel you created

Reach out to us directly and we will help you out ASAP.

    Thanks.
