issue with downloadable products for sale

    my site sells downloadable products.
    For some time, maybe since the last update, after the payment with credits,
    the link to download the file is no longer provided.
    Editing the product for sale, I can note that on “Product Data” Simple Product, the option Virtual and Downloadable are unchecked.
    Check both, try to update, but after updating the options return unchecked.
    How can I solve this? thank you

    Thanks for reaching out on the forums! Sorry to hear that your Downloadable products aren’t working as expected.

    The first thing I’d check for here is a plugin or theme conflict. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • See if you are able to change your product back to Virtual & Downloadable and have the product settings save

    If you’re able to save your product and downloads are working as expected in your test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     thank you, it’s a conflict between WP user frontend plugin and woocommerce
