issue with drop-down menu

  • Hello everyone,
    I’ve installed an attribute filter in the form of a drop-down menu (the name in french : “Tour de doigt”).
    Unfortunately it doesn’t work in the mobile version (nice on desktop). When I click on it, the drop-down menu doesn’t open to show all the terms available.
    Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

    Hello Olivier,

    In the mobile version filters are in the sidebar. Where is from this sidebar functionality(theme, Elementor, some other plugin)?

    Thanks Dmytro for your answer.

    I put filters in sidebar with a specific ID and I create others filters with others ID in offcanvas. Because Berocket(s plugin doesn’t accept the same ID in the 2 locations.

    You can see screenshot for widgets. First image in offcanvas for filter “Tour de doigt” (I added lettre “M” for “Mobile”) and second image is for lateral woocommerce sidebar (the same filter as first but created again to have a different ID)
