Issue with Editor in WordPress 4.2 and 4.3

I am having issues with editor when I was in 4.2 with the editor. I am able to use it but some icons are missing and I cannot add links. I can add a post via HTML but really want to get the editor working again.
I have removed ALL plugins
I have tried every advice that I can find here in the forms and I am not able to get it to work ??Here is a screenshot of the error I see when I run the console in Chrome:
