Issue with Elementor

  • after using Rife Free theme and installing Apollo13 Framework and/or Rife Elementor Extension plugin, the Elementor editor can be loaded but can’t be used to edit, so as suggested by Elementor, I deactivate each of my plugin the activate it one by one and check which plugin conflicted with Elementor. Voila~ it is Apollo13 Framework and Rife Elementor Extension plugin, each of them if activate will cause Elementor Editor issue.

    Can you help with it? I pretty much like your theme. Thanks

    What versions of plugins do you use?
    Can you visualize with a screenshot or something what happens in your situation?

    Thanks for the quick response, but today I check it out using Safari, everything’s cool. ??
    (yesterday even using Safari, the issues still exist)

    Theme: Rife FreeVersion: 2.4.4.1
    Plugins: Elementor Version 2.6.6, Rife Elementor Extensions & Templates Version 1.1.2, Apollo13 Framework Extensions Version 1.7.1

    Issue:
    1. Pre-page loading never finish. (after disabling pre-page loading all is okay)
    2. Edit using Elementor without any other plugins activate in safe mood is good, but when any or both of Apollo/Rife plugins in activate, Elementor editor can’t be used (keep on loading).

    My default browser is Chrome, and I still have the same problem I mention above when using it right now.

    But I try to use another PC, it seems there is no problem. So I think the problem is on my PC.

    It sounds like a very specific issue, and I don’t think I will be able to guess what could be happening.

    Good that you have found a workaround for now.
    I will monitor this case for similar reports.
