Hello, I recently installed your plug-in on a website running the latest version of WordPress. After activating it, a bug with the Elementor Pro widgets “Slider” and “Media carousel” appeared: clicking on the arrow to go the next slide works only the 1st time, after that it doesn’t work.

With the Media carousel widget, thumbnails are set to 4 but a buggy layout with thumbnails covering the entire page appears. Please see here: https://youtu.be/jCKx3TTTW6s

After deactivating the plug-in, everything is back to normal. The Elementor support pointed me to you. Please advise? Thank you in advance.

Hey @uappsk, thanks for your reply.

I have created a demo page with the issues: https://woodmart.dorcol.tk/testimonial-issues/.

You can see the slideshow, widget: Media Carousel, appears in full width even if it’s in one column only, and the bottom widget: Slider’s arrows work only two times, then it doesn’t work, yet there are many other slides. I hope this helps.

If you want, we can communicate via email for more convenience. Thank you in advance.

    Hi, @mstudioeu.

This screenshot shows a standard Elementor slider with a circle around it:

    Hello! Thanks for replying.

I’m not quite sure however what you mean by “a standard Elementor slider with a circle around it” – yes, that is indeed a regular Slider widget by Elementor, which no longer works correctly after installing your plug-in as discussed earlier.

The slider of the Slider widget contains about 12 slides, as you can see, you can’t go past the 2nd one with the arrows.

In your plug-in settings I am also using 12 items (12 testimonials).

Please also note the same bug with the Media Carousel widget by Elementor.

Both work correctly after deactivating your plug-in. If you wish, I’ll be happy to provide also a video showing the difference in the way the Slider and Media carousel widgets work with and without your plug-in activated?

    Hi @mstudioeu

Yes, will be cool if you will provide video with both cases: with activated our plugin and without it (from user and admin side). Because we tested on our environment and all are working ok.

    Thank you!

Not a problem, I’ll send you a video from the live site. I am hoping this can be rectified. I am not able to provide access to the live site but I’ll be glad to provide access to my staging site so you can look into this.

URL: https://youtu.be/UlkkQv-eNT8 – shows how the elements look with the plug-in deactivated and then – after activating it.

Hello, it’s been a month since I reported this problem. When can I expect a response, please?

    Hello, @mstudioeu.

We apologize for the delay in replying, we will release a new update of the plugin tomorrow, please update it to the latest version.

We have found the problem, you have an old version of Swiper in Elementor installed on your site, which affects the correct operation of the plugin. To fix this, you need to update Swiper to version 8. To install a new version of Swiper manually, you need to go to Elementor->Settings->Features->Upgrade Swiper Library and select “Active”.
Tomorrow we will release a new plugin update that will do this automatically.

    Thank you!
