Issue with Email Notifications for PIX Payments

I hope this message finds you well. I’m using the Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar – Amelia plugin on my website in Brazil and have encountered an issue related to email notifications after payment completion.
Currently, email notifications are being sent correctly for payments made via credit card, but they are not being triggered for payments made via PIX (a popular instant payment method in Brazil). I have reviewed the plugin settings, but the issue persists.
Could you please check if there’s a specific configuration or any adjustments needed to address this situation? If this is a known issue or something planned for a future update, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know. In the meantime, is there any workaround I could apply?
