Issue with Email Notifications in Forminator

To narrow down an issue, we need to conduct some additional checks. First, try to check if you get a reset password email from the WordPress core. You can use this link: https://brilliantcleaning.ca/my-account/lost-password/.

If you receive the email, which can confirm that the site is sending emails, we need to take a look at the Forminator > Form > Email Notification setting to see if this is added correctly.

If email notification is still set up correctly, you may not be getting the email. In that case, you can try any email logs plugin from here:?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tags/log-email/.</span> Install and activate the plugin.

Try submitting the form now. This time, the email logs plugin will capture logs, too, which can be helpful for tracking more technical information.

Later, you can export the email logs and form file and share them with us.

You can share the form export file + email logs using a public platform such as?pastebin.com.
