issue with email sent to a customer for a new order

Hello,
I have an issue with the email that is sent to the customer when I have a new order. When the order exceeds 2 products, the email displays only the last two products of the order and so the customers contact me thinking that the other products they ordered are not taken into account, but it’s not the case…I have overwritten the email template file of my theme but the problem is still there…
