• Hello, I am having a couple issues with WooCommerce in my site:?fathernsonssportsmemorabilia.com?. I have tried troubleshooting through the guides and have not had any success. The first issue is that when customers place an order, I am not receiving any email confirmation of this, or an alert that they have. I need this issue fixed asap. Second, the second issue is that my customers are also not getting email confirmation for their orders either. Both of these are obviously big issues, and I need to have them resolved quickly and promptly, and the troubleshooting guides have not provided any assistance in doing so. Please assist.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I can see that you have added a specific Gmail address for new order notifications.

    For testing purposes, could you please try using another Gmail account and see if that works for you?

    I also recommend installing the WP Mail Logging plugin to check if emails are being sent from your site. Sometimes, email providers or servers block outgoing emails.

    Additionally, I suggest installing an SMTP plugin (such as WP Mail SMTP) to improve email deliverability and see if that resolves the issue.
