    Hi Astra Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Astra theme on my WordPress site. When I am logged in as an admin, the icons display correctly. However, after some time, when I log out and view the site as a regular visitor, the icons appear enlarged, and the page layout is distorted.

A workaround, I am currently either having a tab open on my desktop (WordPress admin page) or using the WordPress mobile app to keep myself logged in regularly.

Here are a few screenshots of what it looks like when logged in (https://imgur.com/h8plK1O) vs logged out (https://imgur.com/3KJdZx4).

    Hi @graelythium,

From the screenshots, it seems the issue is coming from the caching on your website. Could you try closing your browser, reopening it, and then accessing the site by adding “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL, like this: example.com/?no-cache? I also recommend testing it in a different browser or using an incognito tab to ensure you’re viewing a fresh version of the page.

If the issue persists, please share the full URL of the website so we can take a closer look from the front end and provide a more accurate solution.

Let me know if this helps!

    Best regards,
    Aradhy ??

    Hi Aradhy,

    Here is my website (https://amaddula.com/).

    Additional Information:

    1. Cache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache
    2. Theme: Astra

    Hi @graelythium,

As expected, the website appears fine at our end since I am viewing it for the first time, indicating that the issue might be coming because of caching. [Link to Screenshot]

Please try deactivating the caching plugin used and then testing it again. You can also access the site by adding “/?no-cache” at the end of the URL, like this: example.com/?no-cache to remove the caching.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Aradhy

Update: The issue was resolved after uninstalling current plugin and switching to an alternate cache plugin.
