Issue with Existing Divi Forms

WPforms seems to have squashed my exisiing Divi forms in the most recent version. The old forms work when I disable the WPforms plugin but when I activate it, they no longer submit. Unfortunate as I have quite a few Divi forms embedded in my site so I had to deactivate my WPforms until this is resolved.
