Issue with featured image

Hi there,

I am using the dynamik website builder on the genesis framework. I have setup the featured image on my posts, however I am having a problem with it automatically pulling an image up when there is no featured set in a post. Is there any way to not have a featured image when no featured image is set?

My site is https://www.thestarsapart.com and my newest post is my example. There is no featured image set on that post but it is pulling the first image in the post on my main page.
