(possible) Issue with featured image after plugin 1.1.0 update

    Thanks for this useful plugin. Unfortunately there appears to be a new issue which looks to me might be linked to your ‘fatal error’ fix around the disable checkbox.

    On editing a post or page with an existing or new featured image and then saving, the resulting post/page appears with the featured image and then jumps to any comments – none of the main contents shows at all. I have found that if I switch off the plugin before editing, do the work, refresh the featured image and then save, the post will be fine (and I can switch the plugin back on again). I am not quite totally sure that this is consistent behaviour, however.

    I am using Automattic’s Gazette theme, which is fairly recent and has been updated. (I have one other site running Gazette which doesn’t have WP Featherlight – I haven’t see this problem although there are less featured images.)

    Update: I have now identified the likely cause, not this plugin at all but a change on shared hosting server which clashed with another plugin. Please ignore my original post!
