I have an similar problem. My banner disapeared and I can’t do anything about it. Also my dropdown menu is not working. Please help it is already since one week like this!
Using wordpress 4.9.5 and Chrome. Already have been in contact with the support but still no answer.

I mean the drop down menu point: RECEITAS that is not dropping down. AND the slider disappeared.

I just talked to my webhost and looks like these problems acurred because of an unsecure web connection. ordered now ssl certificate…let’s see if this resolves the problems.

Hi @jornadadosabor,

I think the problem is not ssl cerficate but JavaScript error on your site: “Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token”. Please see this screenshot: https://prntscr.com/j8ir5t
This error comes from the code added by one of your plugin (Viglink service) and it may prevents other scripts from running. It means for example that our script responsible for navigation might not work as expected.

I also don’t have the viglink plugin installed. do I have to change anything else on css?

I’m still seeing this error on your site so some plugin or widget adding this code. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to see if this helps with navigation.

did that, didn’t change anything. I’m changing right now to Elara Theme…like it a lot! At least my page stays in the family ??
