    Dear Filter Everything Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using Filter Everything in conjunction with Elementor’s Loop Grid to filter dynamic content. However, I am encountering an issue where the filtering function does not work as expected, and it fails to query the correct results.

Could you kindly let me know if this issue is related to the need to upgrade to the Pro version of Filter Everything? If so, I would appreciate guidance on how upgrading would resolve this issue.

Additionally, if there are any other technical steps or configurations I might have missed in setting up the filter with Elementor’s Loop Grid, please let me know.

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Hi @chrissypeng

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

The Loop Grid uses custom queries, and the Free version of the plugin uses Main Query only. Also, in some cases when you have an archive template made with Elementor it can create unique queries across each of the category pages, then you would need to create a separate filter set for each page. Which is only possible in the PRO version of the plugin.

    Best Regards – Victor
