After today’s update to Spectra v2.3.0, it’s no longer possible to arrange content vertically in a fullwidth container (“Flex Properties” > “Justify Content” > “Space between”). It is displayed correctly in the backend. But in the frontend, the contents are then next to each other.

On my website you can see that the arrow in the start container (with the video-background) is next to the headline. Normally it should be centred at the bottom. It’s possible for me to replicate the error with other elements as well.

    Best regards

    Jonas

    Hey @jonda,

    Thanks for writing in!

I tried replicating the same using the v2.3.0 but was unable to do so.

Can you please check this video I created white checking different layouts as per your requirements & try the same at your end?

    Video – https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu66kGK

Also, Can you please try doing the Regenerate Assets from Dashboard -> Settings -> Spectra -> Settings -> Asset Generation

Let me know if that fixes your issue.

Looking forward to resolving your isssue.

    Have a Great Day ahead!

    Hi Rajkiran,

Thank you for your prompt reply and for the video. I think I have found the problem here. If you set a video as background, then it doesn’t work properly. If I remove the video background, then it works for me, as in your video.

You mentioned in the current changelog that you solved the corner problem with video backgrounds: “Fix: Container – Background video goes out the boundary of the container if we have rounded corner.”

Maybe that’s why there’s a problem with video backgrounds? I also tried Asset Generation but it has no affect.

Thank you so much for your work and your top notch service!

    Best regards

    Hello Jonas,

    Thanks for writing back.

I am not replicating the issue even as you have described yet, I may be missing something

I’d request you send us a short screencast so that we can see whether we are missing something.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello guys,

thank you very much for your patience. Attached I send you the video. My described problem appears only with video backgrounds. Container width and content width (!) must both be full width. If the content width is set to boxed, then Justify Content works.

Some additional info: – there are no other addons that could interfere with the function – the video had a resolution of 1920×1080 – I’m able to replicate the issue on other wordpress installations – the problem occurred since version 2.3.

    Thank you guys! ??
