Issue with form outputting data

Hey everyone,

I set up the contact form, I have about 8 fields of data input. I set up the form, it displays perfectly with all fields and options and submits with capcha. The problem is, the email which I receive does not give me all of the data and options inputted.

This is all I get in the email:

From: [email protected]>
Subject: [your-subject]
Message Body:
—
This e-mail was sent from a contact form on…

I’m receiving submissions but with no data. I have text boxes and radio buttons set up but I’m not receiving any of the data.

Any ideas?
