Issue with Formidable Forms

    I am using Formidable forms on my Website and I want to use your Leads Plugin. I filled in the form ID#s in the setting but Leads is not able to receive the info from the forms.

    Would you know what the issue might be?

    Would you have any screenshots etc on how I can integrate Fromidable Forms with your Plugin.
