Issue with Forminator Form Disappearing

    Hello Professionals,

    I am experiencing an issue with two forms I created using Forminator. One of the forms disappears while the page is loading, while the other works perfectly every time.

    I have applied the same settings to both forms as specified in the one that functions correctly. Additionally, I’ve tried clearing the site cache, but the issue persists.

    I suspect there may be a conflict with one of the plugins, but I am unable to identify it. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

    Is there any other place where I can give you my form link?

    I hope you are doing well.

    Do you have any optimization plugin? If so, can you exclude jquery-core from optimization and see if makes any difference?

    Hello Muhammad Khan,

    Thank you, we have reviewed the page with the form, and it looks like Elementor’s Element Caching beta feature might be causing this.

    Please test if disabling it in Elementor >> Settings >> Features makes the form appear on your end.

    We’ll be checking it further with the developers as well, to see if anything could be done to avoid the conflicts, but we can’t provide ETA, I’m afraid.

    I was able to email you once again. Since you mentioned the form was not submitted, would it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the error that you noticed? Also, can you please share a screenshot of the issue with the other languages so that we can check this further?
