    Hi, I’ve created a form using Forminator, but I’m experiencing an issue where the form only displays when I’m logged into WordPress. When visiting the site as a non-logged-in user, the form is not visible.

    Here’s what I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:

    • Cleared the cache on both SiteGround and WP Rocket
    • Regenerated the CSS via Elementor
    • Cleared the browser cache

    Also, even from mobile or other devices it does not show up if I am not logged i WordPress, so the problem is not due to this computer.

    When I’m logged into WordPress: https://ibb.co/BLHBhX4

    When I’m not logged in WordPress: https://ibb.co/4jdTzz0

    Despite these actions, the issue persists. Could you please help me understand what I need to do to ensure the form displays correctly for all users?

    Thank you in advance for your support!

    Hello @tuttionline,

    I hope you’re doing great today!

    This might be happening due to a conflict with another plugin, or the active theme. As a workaround you can try adding the following CSS rules in Customize >> Additional CSS, or theme options:

    #forminator-module-4433 {
      display: block !important;
    }

    In order to find out what exactly is causing the issue, you can run a conflict test as explained here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

    I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
